UWA to Showcase Immersive Audiovisual Innovations at IBC 2026

The UHD World Association (UWA) will participate in IBC 2026, one of the world's leading events for the media, entertainment and technology industry, taking place from 11–14 September 2026 at RAI Amsterdam.

Under the theme "Boundless Vivid. Collective Intelligence.", UWA will showcase the latest advancements in immersive audiovisual technologies, global standards and ecosystem collaboration, highlighting how innovation is driving the future of content creation, distribution and user experiences.

Visitors to Booth 3.C48 will discover:

  • Audio & HDR Vivid and Spatial Vivid technologies and their latest industry deployments
  • The latest progress in UWA global standards and international collaboration
  • End-to-end ecosystem applications spanning on-the-go, automotive, home entertainment, cinema, production tools and spatial media
  • Live demonstrations and showcases from UWA ecosystem partners

As a global industry and standards organization, UWA continues to bring together technology providers, content creators, broadcasters, device manufacturers and ecosystem partners to accelerate the adoption of next-generation UHD audiovisual technologies worldwide.

In addition, UWA will host a Networking Reception during the exhibition on the afternoon of 12 September at our booth in IBC 2026, providing an opportunity for partners and industry professionals to exchange ideas, strengthen collaborations and explore future opportunities.
